Blackberries for FREE!

One of the best things about British Columbia (or actually the whole Pacific coast) are the abundance of berries. Blackberries grow literally EVERYWHERE! It's to the point where people try relentlessly to get rid of them. I don't think I will ever understand that. Just look at these beauties!

Isaac knows all about the berries here. He saw me picking from the playground, about 30 feet away, and he came running up without a single glance at me. He knew what to do and got busy!

 What does a little tot do after eating his fill of wild blackberries? Well, you know, find a random traffic cone and use it as a hat...of course, everybody knows that! They make great tunnels for the acorns your sister and brother find too.
